What should I do to return an article?
The garments must be in perfect condition (in the original packaging, not used, not washed, with inside and price labels still attached and with the corresponding purchase slip/invoice. You cannot exchange or return articles of underwear or swimwear. The return deadline is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, by which the goods need to arrive in our collection center. Returns must always be made in the same country where the purchase was made.

Please note that return charges are at your own expense.

Return through local postal service (we are working on additional return options for future).

  1. Log in to your account and fill out the "product return" in the "order" section of your account at www.goutdanvers.com 
  2. Print the return confirmation email you will receive.
  3. Place the product and the copy of the return confirmation email in the original shipping box.
  4. Close the box and tape securely
  5. Send the box to the following address:

  6. We advise you keep a proof of postage from the post office.

When will I receive the refund?
Once we have approved the return and your bank has processed it (the estimated time varies according to the banking institution), you will receive the corresponding amount in your account in approximately 5 working days. 

What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect? 
If the amount of your return is incorrect, please contact us via webshop@goutdanvers.com. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. 

Please remember that we reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period, or garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
